  • Average Total Days on the Market: 152
  • There are currently 40 homes "Pending" from the month of September.

Nice report Mike!  Good to see that the waterfront properties are selling also.   It also looks like the days on the market for the residential homes has dropped a bit.  That's a good sign!

Thanks Kris. Hopefully this nice weather we've been having will help keep house sales up for Oct. but you never know with MI.
