- There were 39 home sales that closed in November
- The average list price was $130,023
- The highest list price was $449,000 & the lowest was $39,900
- The average sale price of those 39 transactions was $123,449
- The average total days on the market was 158
- 37 homes went under contract and are marked pending for the month of November.
Of those 39 closed transactions, 1 was lakefront, 1 was canal front & 1 was new construction. Yes, although rare, you can still find a few new construction homes in the Shores. If you're interested, give me a call and I'd be happy to assist you.

- The average sale price of those 8 transactions was $135,625
- The average total days on the market was 166
- 2 condos went under contract and are marked pending for the month of November.

This current buyers market makes it a great time to purchase a home or condo in the Shores. As of 12/1 there are currently 664 homes for sale ranging in price from as low as $42,900 investor specials to waterfront homes over 1 million.
