  • The average list price was $107,495
  • The highest list price was $250,000 & the lowest was $44,900
  • The average sale price of those 55 transactions was $101,741
  • The average total days on the market was 160

 

 Of those 46 closed transactions, 21 were bank owned and 1 was canal front.

  • There were 4 condos that closed in October
  • The average list price was $184,975
  • The highest list price was $475,000 & the lowest was $74,900
  • The average sale price was $167,125
  • The average total days on the market was 393

Of the 4 closed sales, 1 was bank owned and 1 was Lakefront.
